We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping through our trusted logistics partners. Every order is carefully processed to ensure your Desirée Iyama pieces reach you in perfect condition. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below:
Order Processing and Dispatch
• Orders are primarily shipped from our Lagos studio.
• Depending on product availability and order volume, items may also be dispatched from our international warehouses, including our London facility.
• While DHL is our primary logistics partner, alternative carriers such as Royal Mail may be used when shipping from international warehouses. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total logistics required to deliver your order — this may include both international bulk transfers and local dispatch fees.
• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Local Delivery (Lagos Only)
• Citywide delivery within Lagos is free of charge.
• Deliveries within Lagos are usually completed within 1–2 business days after your order is processed.
International Shipping
• International shipping is available to most countries worldwide.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the size of your order, and the logistics required.
• Delivery timelines vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. Please note that customs clearance may occasionally extend delivery times.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and charges imposed by their local government.
• Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict these costs, and they are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Depending on product availability and warehouse location, shipments may originate from Lagos or from our international warehouses. In such cases, shipping carriers may vary.
• Shipping charges reflect the full cost of getting your order to you, which may include both bulk transfers from Lagos and local dispatch fees.
